Sentinel Dog Program Overview

Our Sentinel Dog Program is our flagship program. We have have two primary focuses within our Sentinel Dog Program, providing Sentinel Service Dogs for our Wounded Warriors, & providing hybrid Facility/Therapy Dogs for First Responder Departments. Read more below!

VETERANS:

This program is aimed to assist Military Veterans with their disabilities AT NO CHARGE. We will provide you with a Sentinel Service Dog for FREE!

The only requirements for this program are the following:

  1. You are a Veteran
  2. You have a disability of some kind (please ask us if you are not sure!)
  3. You can provide a DD-214
  4. Your Doctor can provide a note recommending a Sentinel Service Dog for you
  5. You are willing to do some of the work!

Please note, if you have a dog already that you want to become your Sentinel Service Dog, we will evaluate your dog at no charge. If your dog has suitable traits to possibly become a Service Dog we will assist with the training free of charge!

At this time we are primarily assisting California based Veterans, but please contact us if you need help no matter where you are!

FIRST RESPONDERS:

This program is aimed to assist First Responder Departments AT NO CHARGE.

The only requirements for this program are the following:

  1. You are a First Responder
  2. Your department is supportive of this idea (please ask us if you are not sure!)
  3. You are willing to do some of the work!

Please note, if you have a dog already that you want to become your Service or Facility Dog, we will evaluate your dog at no charge. If your dog has suitable traits to possibly become a Service or Facility Dog we will assist with the training free of charge!
